Job Not Related to My Course

Applying for jobs is crazy! Applying for a job not related to your course is crazier! And i know for a fact that it's hard really hard!

Just a few hours ago, i sent my resume to 2 Filipino magazine (stylebible and cosmo) for a staffwriter and beauty assistant position. I sent a rather convincing message with it too, talking about my passion for fashion and me taking nursing only because of parental pressure!

I also saw a internship for Alyanna Martinez in Fashion intern ph. And i also sent out my resume and asked her what are the things that she needs for an intern! i would love to work for her! I will learn and meet new people and that's awesome!

Basically thinking right now that the best way to be on a job that is not related to your course is try to send out resume and a cover letter that convinces them that you are good enough! Just hope my lucky stars line up

You people might ask me why am i not pursuing my course? In my defense i am only doing this because once i get together with my fiancee and start living in the US, i will be focusing on my nursing career but till then i want to enjoy myself, my fashion, my dream! I just realized that a few weeks ago. Also nursing in the Philippines is hard! You can't get a good paying job and it's even hard to get a volunteer job that doesn't pay the bills! So i guess it's hitting 2 birds with one stone for me! Going after my dream and having good salary i mean.

Being sick is the worst...

I am still sick! It's been 4 grueling days of being sick! I can't do 

nothing productive. I am trying my best but my body, brain, nose, throat and face won't cooperate with me! I can't even eat. I tried to eat but i can't even eat this delicious Dunkin Donuts that is my usual comfort food when i am sick!

This is what i am doing, re-watching New Girl and other series i got stored in my netbook and trying to eat something before i drink my medicine.

That's tea tree oil in the bottle btw, it helps with my nose a lot! And mercurial thermometer since i can't find my digital thermometer and some cold and fever tablets!

I've been sleeping most times and watching something when i wake up usually just to drink medicine and after a few hours go back to sleep. My fiancee calls every once in a while to check up on me which is soooo sweet of him. I try to stay up and talk to him as much as i can but ending up needing to go back to sleep again...So this is one short post! I'll do some youtube videos as soon as i get better! Take care you guys!

Maybelline Clear Smooth BB Cream 8-in-1 Skin Transformer

Review time! I wanna talk about my favorite BB Cream: Maybelline Clear Smooth BB Cream 8-in-1 Skin Transformer. 

First of all, what is a BB Cream? 

BB stands for Blemish Balm, some people call it Beblesh Balm but most people use Blemish Balm. It's most popular in South Korea and Japan before. Now, it boomed in the world of cosmetics industry. People all over the world loved it cause of it's properties such as SPF, moisturizing power and of course coverage. It's not as full coverage as a foundation but it's coverage is more than a tinted moisturizer.

So back to my favorite BB Cream. So far i have tried a few BB Creams of my own but this one if my favorite. 

It has 8 pure minerals that is good for your skin and not only it does it moisturize but it also has SPF 26. So it's an all in 1 thing.  Even though it moisturizes i still wear my favorite moisturizer under it. One can never be too careful lol, i say that because i have Normal to Dry Skin so my skin needs some lovin! Another thing i love about this BB Cream is it's cheap! unlike the other BB Cream that cost what? 700php to 1000+php this one only costs 249php!!!! 

This is the swatch i have, it's not the same color as my skin but it's almost there. Anyway i only use a tinitiny amount on my face just to even everything out. It's hard for me to find the perfect tint cause of my color, it changes like crazy! Give me few minutes under the sun and i'm tan! The shade that i have is 02 Natural, they only got 2 shades so far and that's the darkest.

All in all i love this cause it's just amazing and it feels good on my skin unlike the other BB Creams/Foundations i've had! Will i repurchase it? YEP! i will! I am also looking forward to try the stick form which is a new addition to Maybelline. Star Rating: ★★★★✰
